Unicorp manages 2.5 million square feet of assets in-house. Each property is exceptionally maintained.
Grounds and buildings are inspected daily to enhance the communities in which they are located. All Maintenance issues are handled by skilled technicians quickly, efficiently, at the convenience of the tenants and their guests.

Unicorp’s Property Management Team uses state-of-the-art computer systems and information technology, including Yardi and Blackberry’s to communicate effectively with its team members and tenants. Combined, these technologies allow our team to make sound business decisions based on management data that is accurate, fully-automated and real-time.

Unicorp is committed to training and education for its Property Management Team in order to keep abreast of industry changes and issues that affect our business.

Our Property Management Team is lead by Sam Beavers, Director of Property Management. Sam joined Unicorp in 2001 and has overseen the Property Management of projects such as Bay Hill Fountains, Baldwin Park Village, Altamonte Town Center, and Celebration Water Tower Place.

The Property Management teams’ main goal is to insure that the many properties are maintained to Unicorp’s high standards.
